Where are the photos stored?
Nowhere. Photos, patient names, and signatures exist only in your open browser tab and are erased the moment you close it. The printed sheet is the record; the downloaded image is yours. The only thing our servers know about you is your email address and subscription status.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes — it runs in the browser, nothing to install from the App Store or Play Store. Each pane has a camera button that opens your phone's camera directly, so intake photos take seconds. You can also put an icon on your home screen in about ten seconds, after which it opens full screen exactly like a downloaded app.
Is the consent valid for my chart?
You print a single sheet carrying the photos, the consent statement (editable to your college's wording), and the patient's signature — wet-ink or on-screen. You file it exactly like any other consent form. Acceptance is also timestamped at signup for your subscription terms.
How do I cancel?
Go to beforeandafter.clinic/billing, or press the Billing & cancel button inside the app — both open the same self-serve portal, where you can change your card, read your invoices, or cancel. Cancellation is immediate, no questions asked, and we email you a confirmation.
