Privacy Policy

The short version

We never store patient information — by design, we can't.Photos, patient names, and signatures exist only in your open browser tab and are erased when you close it. The only personal data the Service keeps is your (the practitioner's) email address and subscription status.

What we store

• Your email address — used to sign you in via one-time links and to contact you about your subscription.
• Your subscription status — whether your account is active, trialing, or canceled, plus a Stripe customer reference.

What we never store

• Patient photos — processed entirely in your browser, never uploaded.
• Patient names — printed on your consent sheet locally, never transmitted.
• Signatures — captured on screen, rendered into your printout, never transmitted.
• The composite images you download — generated in your browser and saved directly to your device.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment information is described in Stripe's own privacy policy.

Cookies and local storage

The Service stores your sign-in session and your clinic display name in your browser's local storage. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

Service providers

• Supabase — authentication and the subscription-status database (hosted in Canada, ca-central-1).
• Stripe — subscription billing.
• Vercel — application hosting.

Data deletion

To delete your account and email address entirely, email rainvillechiropody@gmail.com. Because we store no patient data, there is nothing else to delete.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
