Yes — it runs in the browser, nothing to install. Each pane has a camera button that opens your phone's camera directly, so intake photos take seconds.
You print a single sheet carrying the photos, the consent statement (editable to your college's wording), and the patient's signature — wet-ink or on-screen. You file it exactly like any other consent form. Acceptance is also timestamped at signup for your subscription terms.
One click on the Billing button inside the app opens a self-serve portal. Cancellation is immediate, no questions asked.
